Hoptimalt Beer Tours invite you to discover a city in a different way, through its brewing history, its iconic locations and its best tastings, all guided by a passionate zythologist. Currently available in Namur, these immersive tours combine anecdotes, beer culture and gourmet stops for a convivial experience, accessible to both the curious and the knowledgeable.
Each tour is designed as a true sensory journey, alternating between historical discoveries, encounters with key figures in the world of brewing and guided tastings in carefully selected venues.
The aim is to understand the city, its heritage and its identity... through the prism of beer.
And this is just the beginning! Beer Tours plans to expand to other cities in the near future to promote this unique and immersive approach to urban zythology. New destinations will enrich the adventure, allowing us to continue exploring the richness of local and international brewing heritage together.

Flash Beer Tour
The Flash Beer Tour is a short but intense immersion in Namur's brewing heritage. In an hour and a half, explore the lower part of the city and learn the art of tasting local beers in the historic setting of the Halle al'Chair. Beer Tour Experience – Discover the world of brewing
The Beer Tour Experience is a three-hour tour offering an in-depth introduction to the world of beer. You will visit three different locations in the city, learn the basics of zythology, delve into the history of Belgian beer at the iconic Halle al'Chair site, and take part in an interactive beer quiz. A comprehensive, accessible and dynamic package that allows you to understand brewing culture while exploring Namur in a different way.
Beer & Food Tour – The hoppy gourmet stroll
The Beer & Food Tour offers a complete sensory experience combining gastronomy and beer. Beerytrip is a full-day adventure dedicated to beer. Over the course of a day, you will explore the city through six iconic locations and six fun and enriching workshops: an introduction to zythology, discovering the art of brewing, beer pairing meals, Belgian brewing history, a beer quiz, and an introduction to beer serving and mixology.
