As a zythologist, trainer and lecturer specialising in Belgian beer culture, I devote my energy to sharing the richness of beer: its styles, flavours, history and cultural dimension. Founder of the Hoptimalt Beer Academy and the only Cicerone partner centre in Belgium, I support both enthusiasts and professionals through training courses, tasting workshops, masterclasses, beer tours and conferences. My approach combines education, sensory analysis and conviviality to make each experience both informative, accessible and memorable.

As a partner centre of Cicerone in Belgium, Hoptimalt has developed an approach that combines rigorous teaching, sensory analysis and conviviality, with the aim of making beer accessible, understandable and fully enjoyable. Mentioned in the official UNESCO report on the recognition of Belgian beer culture, Hoptimalt is committed to passing on and promoting this unique heritage. Committed to this mission, Hoptimalt also works to promote Belgian beer culture around the world, particularly through specific missions, international collaborations and initiatives dedicated to promoting this expertise.
